GENERAL RULES
Age Policy:
• The Kids Spa services are available to clients
aged 4–12 years.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied
by a parent/guardian at all times.
Parental Consent:
• A signed consent form is required for all
minors before any treatment.
• Parents must remain on the premises for
children under 14 years old.
Appointment Policy:
• Bookings must be made in advance.
• Arrive 10 minutes early for pre-treatment
discussions and setup.
Safety:
• Only child-safe, hypoallergenic, and non-toxic
products are used.
Behaviour Policy:
• Children must be supervised and behave
respectfully.
• No running, shouting, or disruptive behaviour
will be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy:
• Minimum 12-hour notice required for
cancellations or rescheduling.
